Bob Hopper brings 35 years of Master Builder experience to the The Build Group and is responsible for Scheduling/Logistics/Preconstruction.

Bob is a master builder with detailed knowledge of every aspect of construction. His unparalleled experience and disciplined approach combine to uncover and solve key construction problems before breaking ground. He began his career in 1974 at Webcor Builders as a field Laborer. For over 30 years Bob mastered carpentry, superintending, project management and preconstruction to earn the role of Vice President in 2005. In his role as Vice President, Bob established the construction schedules, site logistics, hoisting plans and concrete formwork plans for all large Webcor Projects. In addition he directed both Webcor Concrete's Preconstruction and Estimating Department and its Quality Control Program. His building experience includes wood frame single & multifamily, high rise concrete residential and hotel, steel office, corporate campuses and massive urban mixed use projects. Notable projects include Electronic Arts Campus in Redwood City; One Rincon in San Francisco, California Academy of Sciences, Golden Gate Park and the St Regis Hotel in San Francisco.
