Build Group Culture

Build Group’s main focus is to create a highly motivated team to deliver the highest quality construction possible. We have a diversified group that accepts individuals and works together to combine people’s strengths to form a strong team. As our number of projects and employees grow, management has maintained a tight hold on our founding principles. All Principals continue to have a hands-on role in projects and consequently work very closely with the team. Employee feedback is always encouraged in order to help streamline and improve processes, eliminating errors and time.

Employee Life

Our Principals truly want employees to enjoy their work, remain challenged, and expand their knowledge of the industry. We work hard, but understand a healthy balance between work and life. Employee events including SF Giants games and other athletic games, lunch potlucks, happy hours, bring your dog on Fridays, athletic competition and parties create a fun team synergy. The Principals believe that time away from work is just as important as time at work and therefore strongly encourage employees to take vacation rather than saving them up. Build Group also has a robust health and wellness program called “Build a Better You” that endorses the Plus Three Network, an innovative wellness program that raises money for charitable donations while encouraging friendly competition among employees.
