Nathan Rundel

Nathan brings 13 years of construction experience to The Build Group. He holds a MS and BS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.

After graduating from Stanford, Nathan spent the first 8 years of his career working for Devcon Construction, as a Project Manager. He worked on a variety of projects, including large corporate campus, tenant improvement and mutlifamily projects. As Nathan gained an expertise in mixed use and multifamily projects and switched over to work for Signature Properties. He helped them develop an in-house team to construct and oversee all of their multifamily projects as an Owner-Builder. Over a 4 year span, Nathan oversaw the design, preconstruction and construction of 1,200 residential units in some of the Bay Area's most prominent multifamily and mixed use developments. Notable projects include: Cisco System's Site 3 Campus, Bernal Corporate Plaza, Globix Data Center, SGI's Crittenden Campus, Channel Park Condominiums, 235 Berry St Condominiums, Broadway Grand Mixed Use Development, 288 Third St Condominiums, Broderick Place Mixed Use Development, Renaissance Square Condominiums, Millwork's Novato, The Hayes Condominiums, and Arterra Condominiums.

Nathan has a strong understanding of cost and schedule information for all major building components and building types.
