As Director of Preconstruction, Paul Tenold is responsible for overseeing Build Group’s Southern California estimating department and preconstruction functions. With 36 years of industry expertise, Paul is involved in all phases of the preconstruction and estimating process —from conceptual, schematic, and design development through construction documents phases.
