Description

This multi-family building is located on the iconic Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood. This project scope consisted of ground-up construction of a podium style building with two-levels of below grade parking. The building has 38 market rate units and eight affordable units, totaling with 46 units. The scope also included a retail and restaurant shell at ground floor.

The health and safety of our employees and the people in the communities where we live and work is our highest priority. Build Group is closely monitoring COVID-19 and following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and OSHA, as well as state and local governments.

To date, construction has consistently been designated as essential throughout the various county and state orders. This means that it is anticipated we will continue to provide our services to build the infrastructures in a way that provides for the greatest level of health and safety for our employees and the community. This includes continuing to follow the guidelines of the CDC and OSHA as well as state and local governments. We also understand the challenges this crisis brings to our employees, and therefore, the importance of maintaining our operations in order to help sustain the livelihoods of our employees.
