Napa First Street – Hotel and Residences is a 478,604-square-foot, Type I, seven-story mixed-use hospitality and residential development located on a 2.8-acre site in the heart of downtown Napa, California. The project includes 161 luxury hotel guestrooms, 78 branded residences, ground-floor retail, restaurants, meeting and event spaces, creating a landmark destination that will redefine Napa’s downtown hospitality experience.

The development consists of two interconnected towers—a full-service hotel and a branded residential tower—constructed concurrently within a constrained urban environment bounded by First, Main, Coombs, and Pearl Streets. Build Group is delivering the project with an integrated design-build MEP delivery approach, coordinating complex structural, façade, and building systems while construction progresses alongside ongoing design development.

Amenities include rooftop pools and bars, a full-service spa and fitness center, restaurants, meeting rooms, wine cellars, commercial laundry and housekeeping facilities, landscaped outdoor spaces, and luxury hotel and residential common areas. Construction encompasses earthwork, structural concrete, exterior envelope systems, utilities, hardscape, landscape, complete MEP infrastructure, and premium interior finishes, creating one of the largest and most significant mixed-use developments currently under construction in downtown Napa.
