Director of Quality Assurance
The Director of Quality Assurance position is responsible for establishing a corporate quality assurance system and a team that promotes customer satisfaction and that positively impacts the financial performance of the Companies. Champion continuous improvement efforts and defect reduction initiatives to establish an effective Quality Management System (QMS).
Project Engineer
The role of a Project Engineer (PE) is to coordinate and manage the flow of information to assist the superintendent and project manager in the execution of the project’s work. Through training and project experience, Build Group/Pacific Structures’ Project Engineers will gain a complete and thorough understanding of all phases of work; setting the foundation for future leadership roles within the company.
Project Manager
The Project Manager manages the daily construction activities and delivery of construction projects, which involves contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control, and all aspects of contract management. This individual will communicate directly with the Owner/Developers, their representatives, and subcontractors as it relates to project cost, staffing, and scheduling.
Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing and ensuring site and office safety, and has extensive knowledge in the day to day execution for their assigned project(s) including managing, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget, while adhering to Build Group’s quality standards and client satisfaction.
Superintendent
The Superintendent is responsible for managing overall job-site safety while ensuring that the day-to-day operations on a construction job-site are managed through mastered set of skills. These include developing schedules, sequencing work, and supervising the subcontractors work product per the contracts and budgets.
