201 apartments begin their ascent at 2455 S. Overland Avenue

MVE + Partners, Cecconi Simone, and Build Group serves as general contractor highlight the design-build team for the project, which is portrayed in renderings as a contemporary podium-type building. Plans call for a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as eight two-story townhomes fronting Ayres Avenue to the south. Plans also call for amenities such as a health club with an outdoor fitness lawn, a podium pool deck, communal workspaces, and an indoor club room.
