BUILD GROUP COMPLETES CAMPUS TRANSFORMATION AT ST. VINCENT DE PAUL SCHOOL IN SAN FRANCISCO

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — July 30, 2026 — Build Group, Inc. is proud to announce the completion of a transformative campus improvement project at St. Vincent de Paul School, delivering modern learning, recreation, and community spaces ,while strengthening the long-term resilience of one of San Francisco’s cherished educational institutions.

The project fulfills a longstanding vision for the school community through significant campus enhancements, including a newly constructed parking area, a concrete elevated deck that serves as a modern sport court, renovated gymnasium restrooms, voluntary seismic upgrades across multiple campus buildings, and new roofing systems designed to improve safety, durability, and long-term performance.

At the heart of the project is the elevated sport court, which provides students with an innovative outdoor space to learn, play, compete, and build community. A contemporary aluminum fin façade gives the campus a refreshed architectural identity, while extensive structural and building envelope improvements help ensure the Lower School, Middle School, and Gymnasium will continue to serve students for generations to come. Throughout construction, Build Group carefully coordinated work on the active K–8 campus to maintain safe school operations while completing complex structural and infrastructure

improvements.
