With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Andrew is responsible for staffing manpower on all projects in addition to leading operations and preconstruction efforts for ground-up and tenant improvement work. He has a Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED) from USC which offers a unique understanding of our client’s goals and challenges. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of budgeting, project buyout, cost reporting, scheduling, contract management and commissioning.
