Aritzia – Broadway Plaza

Aritzia – Broadway Plaza is a Type III retail tenant improvement project delivering an 8,118 SF, single-level renovation at Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek. Build Group completed the transformation of an existing retail space to create a modern shopping environment aligned with Aritzia’s brand standards.

The scope included a comprehensive interior tenant improvement with new finishes, fixtures, and integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Build Group coordinated the various architectural and building system improvements within an active retail center environment, carefully sequencing construction to maintain quality and schedule.

A key component of the project was replacement of the existing storefront with intricate metalwork, creating a refined exterior expression consistent with Aritzia’s retail identity and strengthening the store’s presence within Broadway Plaza.

The completed renovation combines detailed storefront craftsmanship, contemporary interior finishes, and modern building systems to deliver an elevated customer experience within Walnut Creek’s premier open-air shopping destination.
