A refined luxury retail environment combining high-end millwork, precise detailing, and upgraded building systems within The Bravern shopping destination.
Leica Camera is a 2,294-square-foot retail interior build-out located within The Bravern luxury shopping development in Bellevue, Washington. Build Group completed the renovation to create a refined retail environment aligned with Leica’s premium brand identity and customer experience.
The project included demolition of existing interior walls, casework, flooring, and finishes, followed by construction of new partitions, doors, ceilings, and architectural finishes throughout the space. New electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire alarm improvements were also integrated to support the completed retail program.
A key focus of the build-out was the installation of high-end millwork and finish materials, which required careful coordination and precise execution to maintain the level of detail expected within the luxury retail setting. The updated layout supports product display, customer interaction, and day-to-day store operations within a compact footprint.
Build Group self-performed the metal framing and drywall scope, supporting quality control and coordination throughout construction. The completed store delivers a polished, brand-focused environment that complements The Bravern’s upscale retail setting.
