Shoreline Gateway Apartments

Shoreline Gateway Apartments is a 597,780 SF, ground-up Type I mixed-use residential tower located at the prominent intersection of Shoreline Drive and Ocean Boulevard in Long Beach. The 35-story development features 315 market-rate luxury apartments, ground-floor retail space, and five levels of subterranean parking with 464 stalls. Design-Build MEP systems support the residential, retail, parking, and amenity spaces throughout the tower.

As the tallest residential building in Long Beach, Shoreline Gateway creates a distinctive addition to the city skyline while providing residents with expansive views and an elevated living environment. Two amenity decks are located on the third-level podium and near the top of the tower on levels 34 and 35.

Resident amenities include a pool and spa, fitness center, multipurpose room, juice bar, studio space, conference rooms, barbecue areas, and fire pits. Build Group also self-performed the structural concrete and cabinetry scopes, supporting coordination and quality across key components of the development.

The completed tower combines luxury residences, ground-floor retail, structured parking, and extensive amenity spaces within a landmark high-rise development along the Long Beach waterfront.
