5302 Betsy Ross is a commercial office renovation project located in Santa Clara, California. This 81,110-square-foot repositioning transformed a vacant office building into a modernized workplace environment designed to support flexibility, collaboration, and contemporary tenant expectations.

The renovation included extensive demolition of existing interior partitions, finishes, ceilings, lighting systems, restroom fixtures, and select structural elements to accommodate the new building layout and upgraded infrastructure. Improvements included structural upgrades, HVAC modernization, LED lighting, roofing replacement, glass façade enhancements, landscaping improvements, and elevator modernization to improve both building performance and occupant experience.

A key feature of the project is the addition of an elevated roof deck amenity space designed to enhance employee wellness and outdoor collaboration. The roof deck incorporates a trellis structure, seating areas, planters, fire pit, and screened mechanical enclosures, creating a functional outdoor gathering environment integrated into the overall workplace experience.

Designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, the completed renovation delivers a refreshed commercial office environment that combines upgraded building systems, modern architectural finishes, and amenity-driven spaces within Silicon Valley’s evolving office market.
