Project is a Type I commercial office tenant improvement in a high-rise San Francisco office tower, delivered for Hanson Bridgett, a law firm. The project refreshed the firm’s workspace through a partial demolition and targeted reconfiguration to better support collaboration and day-to-day use. Build Group demolished select non-structural partitions and constructed new non-structural partitions to align the layout with the updated program, including a new communal kitchen and break area.
The remodel upgraded finishes throughout the floor and included building system improvements such as HVAC updates, electrical upgrades, and new low-voltage/AV infrastructure to support modern workplace technology needs. Work was executed under an extremely tight three-month schedule, requiring careful sequencing, rapid procurement, and disciplined coordination with building operations typical of an occupied high-rise environment.
In addition to the active renovation work, Build Group decommissioned Hanson Bridgett’s 25th floor so the space could be turned back over to the landlord, coordinating shutdowns, removals, and closeout activities to facilitate a clean handoff.
