Interior work included minor non-structural demolition, along with the installation of new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. The scope also involved remodeling one single-user restroom and adding one new restroom. New kitchen equipment and walk-in coolers were installed, along with upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
