Heritage Bank HQ

Heritage Bank Headquarters is a commercial office tenant improvement project located in San Jose, California. This 50,326-square-foot interior renovation modernized multiple floors within an existing six-story office building to support Heritage Bank’s operational, administrative, and customer service functions.

The project included improvements across Suites 100 and 150 on the first floor, Suite 200 on the second floor, Suite 400 on the fourth floor, and Suite 500 on the fifth floor. The renovated headquarters incorporates a full-service bank branch with a secure vault, conference rooms, board room, server room, break room, and shared common spaces designed to support collaboration and daily operations.

Construction involved selective demolition of existing partitions, doors, ceilings, and plumbing fixtures, followed by installation of new partitions, doors, ceilings, and upgraded interior systems tailored to the tenant’s new workplace layout. Existing ceiling systems were also reworked to accommodate updated spatial configurations and building infrastructure requirements.

The completed project delivers a modernized banking and office environment that enhances operational efficiency, supports employee collaboration, and provides a professional experience for both staff and customers within an existing commercial office setting.
