Heritage Square Parking Garage

This 675-stall parking facility was constructed directly adjacent to an existing medical office building with active care provided for pediatrics and children with special mobility and health needs. Through a sensitive and highly communicative approach taken with the adjacent medical office group, Build Group was able to phase the project and construct in such a way to maintain full access, including all ADA compliance pathways, work with hours of operation, reduce acoustic construction impacts, deliver the project on time and “stitch” the campus back together for a seamless final product.
