A higher education tenant improvement focused on upgrading key interior spaces within an active campus facility. Build Group executed targeted renovations to modernize circulation areas and improve the functionality and appearance of student- and visitor-facing environments.

The project addressed aging interior finishes and worn high-traffic areas by removing existing flooring systems and preparing the underlying substrate for new installations. Build Group coordinated demolition and replacement work within an occupied academic setting, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing campus operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Scope included the complete removal of existing VCT, carpet, and base, followed by installation of new floor finishes and base trim. Additional improvements included upgrades to the reception area, refinishing of wood elements at stairways, and patching and repair of walls and ceilings throughout corridors and common areas. These enhancements refreshed the interior environment and extended the useful life of the facility.

The completed improvements provide a more durable, updated, and welcoming space that supports daily campus use and enhances the overall experience for students, faculty, and visitors.
