With nearly three decades of experience in financial leadership and risk management across global construction and engineering markets, Ken Jones serves as Build Group’s Chief Risk Officer. He oversees the company’s corporate risk management strategy, including contract negotiations, insurance programs, bonding, and financial protections across its business units.
Prior to joining Build Group, Ken held senior leadership roles at Fluor, Aker Kvaerner, and Webcor, managing complex international operations, SEC reporting, and multibillion-dollar financial portfolios. His extensive background in construction finance and corporate risk management brings a disciplined, strategic perspective to the company’s operations.
Working closely with executive and operational leadership, Ken helps identify and manage business risks, strengthen financial safeguards, and support informed decision-making. His approach balances careful risk management with the flexibility needed to support Build Group’s continued growth.
