Description

This project is a complete remodel and 67,540 SF of tenant improvement of a 100-year-old historic building in the mid-market district of downtown San Francisco. The building underwent a non-permitted remodel about seven years ago and since has sat vacant. The team has proactively tackled the existing state of the building doing pull tests to existing concrete, determining areas that are structurally stable and areas that need to be replaced. The 9-story building includes 67 apartments with high-end finishes and wood flooring. A roof top terrace with re pits, BBQ area, and dog walk/run area provide an outdoor escape for residents. A 1,279 SF gym is in the basement along with bike storage and maintenance space.

This means that it is anticipated we will continue to provide our services to build the infrastructures in a way that provides for the greatest level of health and safety for our employees and the community. This includes continuing to follow the guidelines of the CDC and OSHA as well as state and local governments. We also understand the challenges this crisis brings to our employees, and therefore, the importance of maintaining our operations in order to help sustain the livelihoods of our employees.
