An elevated wellness destination combining premium fitness, spa amenities, outdoor exercise spaces, and expansive city views from the top floor of Century City.
Equinox – Century City is a 30,039-square-foot health and wellness tenant improvement located on the top floor of Westfield Century City in Los Angeles. The luxury fitness club combines premium exercise, recovery, and social spaces within an elevated retail setting overlooking Santa Monica Boulevard.
The project includes an outdoor yoga space, outdoor lounge and fitness area, gourmet juice bar, spa, sauna, steam rooms, meeting rooms, and a variety of workout spaces. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural light throughout the club while providing expansive views of the surrounding city.
The build-out also included installation and coordination of owner-furnished gym equipment, spa equipment, flooring, and lighting. Interior construction was carefully integrated with the club’s specialized fitness and wellness functions to support a cohesive member experience across exercise, recovery, and gathering areas.
Opened in December 2017, the completed facility delivers a high-end wellness environment distinguished by its top-floor setting, outdoor amenities, extensive glazing, and integrated spa and fitness program.
