H&M – Union Square Flagship

Build Group understands how to work on historical buildings to upgrade and outfit the space for the new client. On this project we removed the historical vaulted ceiling in sections to restore off-site before reinstallation. H&M’s flagship store now features escalators, large video-display screens, and employee locker rooms. The new finishes include stone flooring, a glass balcony overlooking the entry, a grand staircase, and exterior sidewalks. Both stores were completed one month ahead of schedule to the delight of H&M.
