Suit Supply - Flagship

Suit Supply Flagship is a retail tenant improvement project located in San Francisco’s Union Square district. This 4,952-square-foot flagship retail space transformed a historic 100-year-old building into a refined, modern shopping environment that reflects Suit Supply’s contemporary global brand identity.

The project balanced preservation of the existing structure with the integration of sophisticated modern finishes and upgraded retail functionality. Construction was carefully coordinated within the constraints of the historic building while maintaining a fast-paced schedule in a dense urban setting. Extensive coordination with specialty vendors from across the United States and Europe ensured the seamless installation of custom architectural elements and high-end interior finishes.

The completed flagship incorporates tailored lighting, premium materials, and a streamlined retail layout designed to enhance customer experience and support Suit Supply’s personalized shopping model. Attention to detail and precise sequencing were critical to delivering the elevated aesthetic envisioned for the brand’s first San Francisco location.

Located on Maiden Lane in the heart of Union Square, the project establishes a polished retail destination that complements the historic character of the surrounding district while introducing a contemporary luxury retail experience.
