Nine Thousand One is a 159,450-square-foot, ground-up mixed-use multifamily residential development located along Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood. The five-story podium-style building delivers 46 residential units, including 38 market-rate apartments and eight affordable units, above ground-floor retail and restaurant space. Two levels of subterranean parking provide 139 stalls across approximately 53,110 square feet.
The project brings new housing and active commercial uses to a prominent urban corridor, combining residential, retail, and restaurant spaces within a compact infill site. The podium configuration supports an efficient mix of uses while separating residential areas from the active ground-floor commercial program.
Resident amenities include a fitness center, lounge, pool, barbecue areas, and landscaped outdoor terraces designed to extend living spaces beyond individual units. The development also incorporates publicly accessible open space and convenient below-grade parking.
