Overall project composed of three construction document packages. The demolition portion consisted of demolition of an existing ambulance bay, canopies, and underground utilities. Construction of a fully sprinkled steel entry structure, modular building, and foundation work for both. The work also consisted of landscape and installation of new underground utilities such as; natural gas lines, domestic water lines, re-water lines, storm drain lines, and sanitary sewer lines.

This project included removal of existing finishes and installation of new finishes in exam rooms, waiting rooms, staff support spaces, offices, toilet rooms, and connecting corridors on the second, third, and fourth floor of the Cancer Canter of Mt. Zion. In addition to paint, carpet, sheet vinyl, wall base and acroyvn wall and door protection, this scope included removal of wall accessories, and related wall patch. Our services included preconstruction sequencing of four phases per floor, infection control, logistics planning for the work during patient occupancy, off hours coordination, quality control, safety oversight, and personnel interface.

The health and safety of our employees and the people in the communities where we live and work is our highest priority.
