New restaurant located at Ivy Station in Culver City. With a 50-seat patio and a 5,000 SF interior dining area, this new space offers a variety of dining options, including juice bars and kitchens. Our scope included a full build-out of the space. This encompassed MEP installations, a millwork package, a fully equipped kitchen with an open chef station, a free-standing full-service bar, a Private Dining Room (PDR), and a specialized classroom.
