Love.Life

Healthy America at Love.Life (Ivy Station) is a tenant improvement Type I restaurant project located in Culver City, California. Build Group delivered this approximately 5,000-square-foot interior build-out, complemented by a 50-seat outdoor patio, creating a wellness-focused dining destination within the Ivy Station development.

The project transforms an existing building space into a fully integrated restaurant environment supporting a range of dining and educational experiences aligned with the Love.Life brand. Build Group played a key role in coordinating complex interior improvements within an existing structure, ensuring seamless integration of building systems, specialty equipment, and high-end finishes.

Scope includes new non-bearing partitions, a commercial kitchen with open chef station, juice and coffee bar, full-service dining bar, private dining room, and a dedicated cooking classroom. Additional elements include a scullery, walk-in cooler and freezer systems, take-out service area, and supporting office and restroom facilities. The project required detailed coordination of MEP systems and custom millwork to meet operational and design intent.

The completed project enhances the Ivy Station retail environment, delivering a health-focused, experience-driven space that supports dining, education, and community engagement.
