Boichik Bagels - Financial District

Build Group performed a fast-tracked interior tenant improvement for Boichik Bagels at 22 Battery Street in San Francisco’s Financial District, supporting the brand’s continued Bay Area expansion. The comprehensive interior remodel was completed within an ambitious 4-week timeline — a testament to Build Group’s expertise in project management and execution for time-sensitive improvements. All work was interior with no exterior scope. Work included removal of an existing non-load-bearing wall, installation of new modern finishes throughout, and replacement of damaged light fixtures and acoustic ceiling tiles. Build Group designed and executed custom millwork solutions that added both aesthetic appeal and functionality to the space. The plumbing system was fully overhauled to meet current standards, and a state-of-the-art walk-in cooler was furnished and installed to enhance storage capabilities. New food service equipment was also coordinated and installed throughout. The modernized space perfectly aligns with Boichik’s brand vision and operational requirements, delivering a turnkey food service environment in one of San Francisco’s most active commercial corridors.
