The Epiphany (Nobu Hotel)

Build Group provided design / build, value engineering, and project optimization for a valued partner. The existing 1970s structure was refurbished into a 57,000 SF building that includes a lobby, work lounge, restaurant and bar, and 86 luxury hotel rooms and suites. Our team managed a difficult seismic retrofit due to an unusual Post Tensioned (PT) mat slab that required the installation of a series of reinforced concrete walls, collector beams, and carbon fiber.
