Love.Life El Segundo is a 45,040-square-foot interior build-out delivering a comprehensive health, wellness, medical, and lifestyle destination in El Segundo. Build Group completed the fast-tracked renovation in five months, helping reduce the owner’s rent overhead and accelerate the facility’s June 2024 opening.
The project transformed the existing space into an integrated environment featuring a full-service gym, spa, Pilates studio, doctors’ offices, coworking areas, pickleball courts, and a restaurant and bar. The build-out included new underground mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, a commercial kitchen, new interior wall layouts, and finishes throughout.
Build Group coordinated the installation of extensive owner-furnished equipment and materials, including spa and kitchen equipment, lighting, millwork, acoustical panels, tile, flooring, and other furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Careful sequencing and coordination were essential to integrate the facility’s diverse technical, hospitality, fitness, and clinical spaces within the compressed schedule.
The finished facility provides members with a unified destination for fitness, medical care, recovery, dining, work, and recreation.
