Miller & Lux

Miller & Lux – Chase Center Space 27 is a Type I restaurant tenant improvement project delivering a 6,380-square-foot, two-level upscale steakhouse in Thrive City, the 11-acre plaza surrounding the Golden State Warriors’ Chase Center. Build Group completed this full interior build-out for celebrity chef Tyler Florence, creating a refined dining destination within one of San Francisco’s most prominent entertainment districts.

The project translates a classic American steakhouse concept into a contemporary, brand-forward environment. Build Group coordinated high-end interior construction to support the restaurant’s elevated material palette and immersive dining experience, carefully integrating architectural finishes and specialty elements within an active, high-traffic plaza setting.

Design features include rich leather booths, a prominent lobster and oyster display, and layered detailing that modernizes traditional steakhouse aesthetics while preserving warmth and sophistication. The space was crafted to balance bold visual impact with operational efficiency across both levels.

Opened in May 2023, Miller & Lux strengthens Thrive City’s culinary offerings and enhances the Chase Center district with a destination dining experience rooted in quality, craftsmanship, and timeless design.
